ok, so like everyone here i am in the payday loan mess....i put my acct on dep only and they still put the fees through....i opened a new acct and bank of the west refunded one of the charges but the other two they are saying are "first time web charge" and cant be refunded and told me to talk to the merchants.....i have told them MANY times that these companies are not legal (im in nebraska) and the bank doesnt seem to care. any suggestions would be great.
