I took out a loan from them and had to close my bank account due to someone trying to hack it. I called them and told them the loan payment would be late. They were horrible with harassing phone calls. I asked them not to call my work and they said they did not fall under the same fair credit rules or guidelines so they could call and harass any time they wanted to. Is that true. They keep adding these charges that I don't owe.

this lender is not legal in CA so if you could provide the following.

1)how much was borrowed
2)how much was debited thus far

you really should not give your new bank info to them as you only owe the principle borrowdd, and anything debited in"fees"gets deducted from that.i would send them a C&D email, and file AG,AND FTC complaints against cash in a wink.

As the lender is not licensed in your state, so you are required to pay them only the principal amount. Since you have paid them more than the principal amount, then ask them for the refund. Illegal lender won???t be able to take any legal action against you. If you have any complaints against the lender, then contact with the California Department of Corporations. Their contact detail is as follows:
# Address - Financial Services Division, 1515 K Street, Suite 200 Sacramento CA 95814
# Phone - (866) 275-2677
