But when i was like what they said oh you dont know about the charges against you and i was like no and they said call this number and gave me a number and i called it and they said yes but if i wanted to go ahead and pay it in full right then or asap then i wouldnt get the charges against me but i didnt have the money then and i still dont so can they do any thing about that can they put charges on me can they put me in jail sue me or anything if so what can they do???????????????
Who is the payday loan lender
Who is the payday loan lender? The whole thing looks very suspicious to me.
First off, no they cannot put
First off, no they cannot put you in jail or charge you with anything criminal. Debts are civil. The most they can do is sue you, levy your bank account and put a lien on your property.
Now from the way the CA is approaching this, it makes everything look suspect. I say you ask them for their physical address the next time they call and hit them with a DV request via CMRRR. DO NOT pay them a cent till they reply with proper validation. If they refuse to validate, ignore their calls.
