Installment loan from Check n Go in california

I have an installment loan from Check n Go that I received through the interest, I live in California. It was for $3000, I have paid $1407.92 so far. I am paying 218.64% interest. The loan agreement satys irs through Southwestern & Pacific Specialty Finance. I am being put on disablilty this week and will not be able to afford the $300 payments every 2 weeks. How can I work with these guys to either settle or just pay the balance of $1500 of the loan?

Once the EPP is applied, the interest is going to be frozen and your balance will be split into 4-5 payments and spread over months. That should help you some.

Class Action against Check N Go filed

Please be advised that if you are a California resident with a loan with
Southwest & Pacific dba Check N Go, a Class Action has been filed by my office. The lawsuit alleges the loans are unconscionable under California law and seeks to cancel all debt and obtain full refunds of all payments made by consumers. The lawsuit is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
