Help needed in Pa
Date: Fri, 05/15/2009 - 09:41
So, I had a look at the stickies which took me to the information for Pennsylvania. They only seem to address that PDLs are prohibited for check cashing companies to make.
My story is similar to everyone else so I won't repeat what you already know.
My question is in Pa are PDL's prohibited altogether with and especially for check cashing companies or just for check cashing companies. I think I have at least 5 loans out at the moment and it will take a little research to figure out which ones and how much I've paid and owe on each.
Some I can think of off the top of my head are:
Integrity advance
Sparks loans
500 Fast Cash
Zip19
Any help would be appreciated. I apologize for not doing more research, but I am extremely busy these days (trying to work OT to make more money) and don't have time to peruse the site for hours to glean information. Thank you all in advance.
