You would be better off communicating with them in writing only, and I would take care of the legal ones first. You do have your account secured I hope? :shock:

I went to the bank with my husband, which was hard due to he knew nothing about this, and they were very understanding. They placed a hard debit on the accounts and open new ones the same day. I have been in contact with the storefronts via letters and they have been contacting me via letters and emails. I will continue with this process. I have informed the internets the information I received, in writing, from my state's financial board stating they are not licensed in my state and therefore they were only to receive the principal, which they have. Some actually owe me over $800.00! I probably won't see it, but it is now the principal :lol: I have also sent letters to my employer about revoking wage assisgnments from amy payday loan company, internet or storefront.
