Usually I just sent the original C & D letter I sent them, today I sent them this:
I appreciate the settlement offer, however 70% of nothing is nothing, and that is what I owe according to the state of Ohio. Since you are not licensed in the state of Ohio, I am only obligated to pay what I borrowed, which was $150.00. I have paid $400.00 so actually I am due a refund of $250.00. If you can give me your license number for the state of Ohio, I will gladly pay what you say I owe.

They have tried calling using several different company names and if Tim Atkins emails me again telling me there's a problem with my checking account-he may be sorry when he reads my response. LOL
I emailed him last night and basically asked him what he didn't understand about the term "My checking account is closed". Then I blocked his email address because I'm sick of him already.
I guess I need to check my credit report as well. They better hope I don't find anything from them on it.

So i faxed over a C&D letter and copyof the complaint I filed with the attorney general for michigan. they called me again and still wanted to talk to payroll. So then I contacted my attorney and they are mailing an faxing a letter to them. I know that I owe the 300, because I borrowed it but I have to wait for October to get here as my house comes first. And they are not licensed in Michigan so i had heard that I didnt even have to pay them back, but I offered to and the guy wouldnt let up.

hi pk.first did you pay anything including fees and rollovers?that goes toward this illegal loan.also let your payroll dept know that this is an illegal company.draft a wgae assignment reocation letter.give it to your payroll dept,then send it to timmy.he will not get a legal garnishment.that takes a court order.which he is not capable of getting.

I got a phone call from a collection agency stating that they bought the paper work to my payday loans, I think that he was from TSC, or something like that. He claims that I have two loans for $612.00 each and he has them both and is going to take me to court to get the money. I like in Florida. Aren't these loans illegal in Florida? :(
