ACH Revocation

I contacted my bank to complete the ACH Revocation and I was told this can not be done. The representative stated there is no way to stop all ACH withdrawals. He stated specific ACH withdrawals can be stop but after reading other post about lenders using some many names, was under the impression that stopping specific withdrawals was not a good idea. Any insight?

I deal with USAA bank and unfortunately, I do not have a branch

I deal with USAA bank and unfortunately, I do not have a branch in my area, I am only able to speak with a representative. I will contact them again and hope for a different representative that can assist me. Any other words of wisdom for me?
