I have 3 payday loans that I am having trouble paying off. I have speedy cash, cash net usa and check and go. What can I do? I don't really want to close my account but I just don't have the money to pay them all at the same time.


Which state are you in? Are the payday lenders licensed to operate in your state? You can check out the payday loan laws of your state from the given page: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/explain-pdls-laws.html

If the payday lenders are illegal in your state, then you can pay them the principal balance only. You won't have to pay any fees or other charges to them as they are illegal. You should let them know that you won't be paying them anything else. I don't think they would harass you for payments anymore.

Payday loans are legal in Texas. ChecknGo, CashnetUSA as well as Speedycash are legal in your state. Thus, you will be liable for paying the principal balance as well as other fees and charges in regards to the payday loan that you've taken. If you want to get rid of them, then you can for the option of payday loan consolidation.
