I have 2 payday loans that I have been paying on for two years and still haven't paid down.just paid the interest. one is with speedy cash and one is with ezmoney and together I owe about1600.00

Should you know first whether or not payday loan legal in your state? Remember, payday loan law varies state to state. Tell us, in which state do you live in?

Which state are you from? as patricia said above - you must look out if payday loans are legal in your state or not.

You can do one thing, contact the office of your state’s Attorney general and request them to send you the detailed list of payday lending related laws.
You can also check the previous records of your lenders and check out if they are licensed or not. Sometimes, lenders’ license expires but they keep on doing their business.

EZ money is licensed in Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri. Do you live in any of these states?
