the end of the month is approaching and my 4 payday loans payments are coming due. i am getting ready to grab my life back after months of being controlled by this monsters. though i have no one to blame but myself i'm tired of being without money each month. i took the first step and closed my checking acct. i'm getting ready to send letters to the two unlincensed pdls, which are one click cash _i took a $400.00 loan which i have paid $240.00 in refinance and speedycash - i took a$ 1400.00 in total and i've paid them a total of 1798.56 in payments. please advise me. the other two - cashnetusa and checkngo do i just call them and ask for an epp or do i also e-mail a letter. i'm nervous as the dates are approaching and i feel a liitle lost. please help me!! i live in texas. thank you so much. i am disabled and have a fixed inciome.:D

You will have to pay only the principal balance. You can contact them over the phone and try to set up a payment plan with them in order pay off the dues.

do i have to send them some kind of letter to either the illegal and the legal lenders? or can i call them and inform them that my acct is closed and to no longer make any achs and try to settle via the phone or should i do it via e-mail or certified letter? thank you so much for all your help!
