Hi,

Is Splash Cash Advance legal in the state of South Carolina? If not, what should I send them to let them know I know they are illegal.

Wish I would have googled before I took out my loan.

I finally was able to register on this forum. Lots of great information on here. Just wanting to find out more about my situation with Splash Cash advance.

Right from their website - "We are a tribal lending entity wholly owned by the Chippewa Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation, Montana" , so therefore tribal equals unlicensed to lend in your state - Online lenders must be licensed in South Carolina. I am sure they are not - you can double check here.. South Carolina State Board of Financial Institutions - http://www.bofi.sc.gov/Pages/default.aspx
