So, I had a $400 loan with Spot.onloans.com, (Impact Loans). It was illegal in California, and they had a desist and refrain order against them.
I sent an email saying I'd paid $350 (in fees, mainly) on the $450 loan I'd taken out, and that I was only required by law to pay the principle, so I owned them $100.
They agreed to the $100 by Oct. 1st.
When I log in to their website, it shows "Bankruptcy- notified", "No payment scheduled", a balance of $0, and "You do not quailify for a loan"
Should I take this to mean they are done with me, or am I still liable for that last hundred bucks of the principle?

I would always advise you to pay the amount you have borrowed. At least, you are morally bound to pay that. Ask them for a Paid In Full (PIF) for the payment.

If I were you, I would log back into that account and take a screen shot of the part that states you owe zero, and consider that your paid in full.
