i have 5 payday loans in the state of texas

I have 5 payday loans i pay every time i get paid. I got in this situation when my spouse got let go from her job! i don't know what to do..... please help! I live in Arlington, TX and have loans at Ace, Rise, Ez loans, Cash store and Cash america. If anyone has any info I would really appreciate it!!

To know the legality of the remaining pdl companies, contact with Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner. You are liable to pay both the principal and interest to your licensed lenders. In this case try to negotiate with your licensed lenders and set up a payment arrangement with them. As far as the illegal loans are concerned, you owe them nothing more than the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Simply close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
