I'm sorry to tell you this but there is only one sure way to keep them from debiting your account, and that is to close it out. If you can't close it out, then you need to go to the bank and speak directly with the branch manager, ask them to place a hard debit block on your account, though that is only a temporary fix. Once companies such as the loan shop has your personal account information they will debit the heck out of it.
