I'm still waiting to see what United Cash Loans and East Side Lenders will do, I faxed them another letter demanding a refund today. Thanks Paul, that's what I originally thought. I will try for $700 and see if they offer $600. Never thought they would budge. Thanks for all of your help. If I get any other information from East Side or United Cash Loans I will post it here, hope it will help someone else.

Refund from SSM!!!
Just got the 'final offer' from SSM Group for $800! They originally said they wouldn't provide a refund, then came a letter saying they'd offer $400, I rejected and told them they owed me $1000, they finally came back today with an offer for $800 and a paid in full letter! I'm taking it! Can't believe I actually got a refund from them! I'm so happy. What a difference this site has made for me. Thank you all for your help. Not that I know of, I think most people just wrote a letter demanding a refund, you could ask Nancy Brezina if she would share with you.
