i have bank of delaware and ssm - plus a couple more, I will be defaulting this week - going to the bank tomorrow to put a deposit only on my account - so i'll be finding out this week what will happen. from what i read here - the best way to stop them from hitting your account is to make it a deposit only - send cease and decest letters and revoke all
ach debits, wage attachment, contacts - and only to have them contact
you via e-mail and us mail. I will also be filing a complaint with the attorney general's office, bbc and whoever else i have to. i know this are my fault - but this is my only way out

i am a nervous wreck - but have not other choice -
from everything i read - all pdl's all illegal in pa - so i'm hoping to get a couple marked paid in full - and if need be just make different payment arrangement on the others up to the principle amount
