Repayment
I applied to a different lender and recieved a $300.00 advance. It was deducted as two $190.50 debits on 02/06, as agreed. The process was confusing with so many lender's answering the initial request. I am unaware of agreeing to any other than as noted herein. I owe someone $250.00 plus interest.

Definately file a dispute with your bank and they will reverse the funds. In some cases they will refund your account within 48hrs. Best of Luck

Some of these companies are so closely related when you apply with one you apply with all. Its just ridiculous how they operate. They cant give you the money fast enough so they can trap you in a sea of debt.

That is so true kfstaff24.
Some people do not realize that when they apply for a PDL they are not applying with the company they are seeing on the website. They are often brokers that take your information and spread it around to hundreds of different lenders.
Sometime those lenders, which are illegal, then deposit that money into your account with out ever contacting you nor you signing any papers.
Even if you did sign they then sell off that loan to a sister company with a completly different name and that makes it confusing to know who you really owe and impossible to track them down and pay off the loan.
They just continue to debit your account over and over stating it is a fee to renew the loan but you can never find any contact name or number to pay off the whole loan even if you wanted to.
Dispute the charges and if you have to close the account. That is really the only way to stop it. You can think it is gone for weeks or even months and then some strange company pops up and takes out money under a new name and new ACH processor.

Yes and all the while they are debiting your account you have no information on them, no signed contract and you cant contact them. The only reason you know they exist is they take all your money. LOL not really funny but true!!!!!!!
