I found them at achloan.com
If you have paid the full amount of the original loan, how obligated are you?

actually to me it says they can only charge the prime rate plus 10% of the largest bank in Nevada. So if that bank's prime rate is 8% right now, then the lender cant charge no more than 18% interest to you which is a hell of alot cheaper than the initial interest rate that they have been charging you. If you look at the paperwork they sent you when you first got the loan, their rate was most likely over 300%. And according to Nevada law, they cant prosecute you criminally unless they can prove you committed fraud intentionally.

Some well over 60, some not. My biggest concern really is the bank. Hoping I can close the account and not have one of these pdl companies force it open. I head to the bank tomorrow. Then I am mailing all of my revocation letters and my order to stop ACH debits, giving them enough time to hopefully set up payment arrangements with me directly. I am not concerned about the calls, I know what they can and cannot do.

well thats what im going through now. i just put the block on my account on friday, and this one pdl has been trying to debit it but it keeps getting rejected. i called them today to find out why they are trying to take payments when they arent even due, and the lady told me that im not even in her database! that really had me fuming. how can they take money from my account when i dont even exist in their systems. it turns out that they so called merged with a pdl that i got a loan through. anyway, my phone calls are just beginning and I will let you know how i make out. keep your head up. there is alot of support and encouragement from everyone on here. they have been a great amount of help. im sure if you read through some of the other threads you will find lots of people who have succeeded at what we are just getting started with.

Well that is good that the bank keeps rejecting them. I have been with BofA for over 20 years and I hope they will work with me. Good luck to you as well. I guess 1 good thing is that most of them don't report to the credit bureaus. What about storefronts in your state...are they likely to waive some of the interest, if you are making on time payments?

all my PDL's are through the internet. I used to bank with BOA and they were horrible. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Long before I got into this PDL mess, someone was stole my debit card info and was making purchases overseas. I reported it to BOA and signed all the proper paperwork and they assured me that everything would be taken care of and I wouldnt have NSF fees. Well they lied. They continued to charge NSF fees and overdrawn fees to the point where I couldnt pay to bring it current. They closed the account and reported me to chexsystems I think.

I am also in Nevada. I desperately need to contact ACH Loan. I had a loan out with them and tried to pay them via money order. They refused payment. I closed my checking accounting because of excess fees they were charging. Now they are demanding that I open a new checking account and allow them access to my account. Does anyone know of a way to contact them without getting that stupid recording? They tell me to go on the website but I can't access with my username and password. When they finally called me they were laughing at me and maiing demands to access my money.
