Is mypaydayloan.com illegal in Virginia

I am getting my information together to post for advise on my payday loans, but wanted to start with this one as my payment was rejected and they have already started calling me with rude, threatening calls. Can I follow the procedures outlined here with this company? I am in Virginia and borrowed $600 and have paid $900 back to them.
