This is ridiculous..

My boyfriend recently took out a loan at PLS he in irving tx. His payments are due every 5th and 20th of every month. That being said they do these Courtesy calls which i thought were only for the day before the loan is due which we have defaulted in any way. They starting harrasing all the contacts the day before we even have to make a pymtn. they called all the references and disclosed information regarding us having a loan with them and that we have an appointment. We had a total of 7 missed calls in one day and two the day before. What can i do to stop this when the due date isnt here yet?? :???:

I ment to say we haven't defaulted on the loan. oh and i specifically asked that the courtesy calls were after 4 pm since he work overnight and sleeps during the day. The called at 8:40 am and 9 am Please help....
