I have done all the steps listed. Closed my account, sent all letters and filed compliments. Today is my payday I'm kind of in limbo until I get my paper check and open a new account, which is fine. My question is should I send a second letter to these PDLs? I just received auto responses from some and nothing from others. However when I try to access my account on their website the say something to the effect that their compliance department is handling it. Must of them owe me refunds. I just want them to know Im not going to back down.:sun:

re-send your original letters, but give it a couple more days.btw most will block,or redirect you once you secure/close your account, and send the letters.that is a typical move.

So my payday has come and gone. I went to my bank today and none of the companies attempted to take money out of my account. Both my savings and checking accounts are closed but the bank was able to safely but the money in my savings as it was too late to stop the dd. I was able to withdraw my WHOLE paycheck to pay bills which felt good. Ill open a new account on Monday.
What should I expect now? I did not receive one phone call or email telling me they where unable to debit my account. How long do you think it will be before they start harrassing me? As far as refunds and PIF letters do I continue to email them?
This forum is a God send, if it wasn't for you kind people I wouldn't know what to do with these loans.:sun:

it varies.some might call you over the weekend, and some might wait and repeatedly try to debit before calling,or emailing.enjoy the silence, and your whole paycheck.

So they have begun to call. What is your best advice? So far I have let the calls go to vm. Should I resend the letters? In the one vm the man said was from LSO and gave me a file number and wanted to know my intentions regarding the file and I should call him back. UM yeah ok..... No

file the AG complaints.that call about a file is the kind of BS tactics illegals will use.do not talk with them on the phones because as stated before.all they want to do is threaten, harrass, and argue.do that via email and include that as an add-on to your email.that you will not talk to them at home,or work.

I dealt with them several months ago and they were very easy to deal with. The gentlemen who phoned me wanted to go over some stuff and sent me an email stating I would receive a refund. With in a couple of days I had received the monies in my account. :D
