I have a question iv been call from some ppl that dnt speak English very good saying they were from state investigation department saying,i Owe on a payday loan I did take one out put,paid it off already their threating go,call my job and have,me arrested if I dnt pay what do I do is this a scam
This is a scam. No one can
This is a scam. No one can arrest you for debts. You didn't get any call from the state investigation department. I can bet on that. Ignore the calls. Tell your colleagues to ignore the calls if they call you at office.
This is the typical way to scare you. Okay.
They are trying to mislead
They are trying to mislead you. It sounds like a typical scam. If they are irritating you, then make a complaint against them to your State's attorney General.
