I would think they forwarded it to Ok., so the AG there could be aware of it. I would include. everything that you know to be true about them, and documents to back it up. It isn't going to hurt, and it may help if they have some info on them and their practices! Good Luck-Keep us posted on what happens..KAren :D

Thanks, Karen! I have SO MUCH documentation, it's almost unreal. I guess I'll spend $40.00 mailing a huge packet to them! But, it is all factual information and documentation between myself and MTE and their d/b/a's. Unreal. But I want to stress to them the tactics these people use. So, I'm looking at this as a positive thing. Didn't someone say somewhere that MTE was not supposed to be lending any longer? I swear, I think I saw that on a post somewhere.... If that's the case, maybe that's why the Oklahoma AG is interested.
I agree with Karen...I would send every bit of info I had!! Good

Just look at it as a good thing, and go from there!!I found out, the more you have to back up what you are saying, the more they will listen! Karen

Thanks, goudah. And again, karen! Okay! I guess I'll take the time this weekend, because it's going to take some time! And fill out all the forms and then go to Kinko's and pay them $1000 for copies of all the stuff I have! I better print out everything I saved in email. Lord. I'll print it at work. LOL! I'll use all my ink up if I do it from home!
DO IT. Send them absolutely everything. Leave nothing undone.
DO IT. Send them absolutely everything. Leave nothing undone. Give it all to them. That way they will take this seriously as you have all that documentation to prove your case.
I wish you all the luck in the world:) Keep up the good work.

Of course I'm learning all this stuff from you Cannr, but I would think this is a real good sign - that they would forward on to the OK AG. Here's hugs to you that this will be what you need! Of course your sending it certified mail. =)
Just add your mailing fees and copying fees to what they owe you
Just add your mailing fees and copying fees to what they owe you. They would do it you in a heartbeat.
thanks
Thanks, you guys! I think it's a positive thing. Hell, I'd love to charge them for postage and copies! LOL! I can't even get a refund for overpayments let alone a check for my "services". LOL! I'm going for it. And we'll see what happens. It's going to be a job though! I don't think you guys realize how much crap I have regarding MTE!
AG response forwarded
Hey,
I think the reason your AG complaint was forwarded to Oklahoma is because MTE has another dba with an actual physical address in Oklahoma--they are Paycheck Today, located at 515 G SE, Miami, OK. I just defaulted with them on Friday and yesterday started getting calls and nasty e-mails. Oh, and I have sent them the letter revoking my ACH and wage assignments and quoting the OK law, a week ago. Yesterday, I filed a complaint with the OK AG and the BBB on them. So please include Paycheck Today in your list of MTE dba's. Thanks!
Cannr- Just got back and saw the post. It was nice to come b
Cannr-
Just got back and saw the post. It was nice to come back to some good news. It seems someone is finally taking the "evil" MTE seriously. Justice, maybe, finally :} You go get em!!! I am happy for you.
