Someone called my job yesterday stating her name was Tina wright and she was a state of Louisiana employee that worked with united litigation services. Told me she was going to be serving me some papers but was giving me a chance to call 888-959-6778 to try and see why it was about. I called the all the court systems I know to call and they have no record of me being sued. When Tina wright called me back today I told her this and she acted surprised like he didn't believe I called them. I called the number to see who it was and it was someone named Nicole from capital Harris miller and associates stating it was about a payday loan from Vince enterprises. I told them I have not gotten anything in the mail from them and they told me they was a mediation firm and didn't have to mail me anything. I requested a debt validation letter and she told me it wasn't for them to send. I called my ag office and she pretty much scolded me and told me that there was nothing she could do because last year I did get a pdl. I have gotten help from this website, sent my letters stating that I have paid over the amount I was supposed to and that they was illegal. The tina wright lady is calling my employment and tryin to get in touch with my manager. What do I do

Also the ag office told me there was no way for me to know if a pdl company was illegal that I should pull my credit report and if it's on there they can serve me with papers and sue me. The ag office wouldn't do anything about it

this hag is breakling the law hand over fist.file a police report for the calls,and tell your boss that this is a scam and to treat it as such.then since your AG won't help(i'm actually suprised)as vince ent is an offshore lender making them illegal in every state.hang up once you know it's this scammer.bottomline they are slime that need to argue and threaten.nothing more.don't give it to them.i would try and file an AG complaints as some ag's deal with complaints,but don't give legal info over the phone.you know this is an illegal lender so file the police report.the AG complaint,and hang up on them when they call.have your boss do the same.
