I am not letting up on this but how should I proceed now?

Here is the last response they sent me:


The loan agreement is. In the same way that if you took a loan out or committed a crime is a foreign country you would fall under their jurisdiction as regards that loan or crime, you accepted this loan under the terms offered, which included Maltese jurisdiction relating to the loan. The loan is valid and payable. We have no need to contact your AG, the AG is irrelevant in this matter. Regards, Customer Services


Tell them that they are loaning money illegally in this country and are subject to the laws here. If they made loans in China or Russia or France they would be subject to the laws there. You were never on Maltese soil so you could not break any laws there. They are loaning on US soil so the laws of the US prevail. What a lot of bull crap they are trying to feed you.
