4. $600 (2 $300 loans)
5. Total paid to Archer Direct is $1,200:
1st loan - total paid $750; 2nd loan - total paid $450
6. Emails, telephone conversations, I have sent certified letters, have left voice mails.
7. I have been in contact with the Missouri Division of Finance. Even if Archer Direct was licensed in Missouri, which they are not, the total I would only have to repay for a $300 loan is $450. I have paid what I legally owe. They still continue to harass me.
These are the phone calls they've made to my cell phone. They have left messages for me at work, even though I had asked them to stop. Eventually they did, but continued to call my cell phone.

You could try sending them a Cease and Desist letter, it may be a waste of time, but at least and option - I would email it to them and send it also CMRRR..

Archer Direct is not licensed in Missouri. So you owe principal only. No need to pay them an extra dime other than the principal. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. Ask them for a refund as you have overpaid them. Go through this link and follow every step:

I already know this! I've done what I needed to do. I know they are illegal. I just want to know what I can do to keep them from calling me and to get them to pay me the money they owe me. They are driving me crazy! I've reported them to each agency I need to and no one is doing jack about it.
