How can I make this work?

I have 5 payday loans that I owe on. I live in Missouri.
1. PayDayMax borrowed 510 paid 276
2. American Web Loan borrowed 600 paid 360
3. Americash borrowed 400 paid 175.48
4. Speedycash borrowed 305 paid 280.00
5. Net Credit borrowed 1200 paid 519.45
I have to find a way to pay these off. I have $1200.00 cash that I can put to paying them off but I dont know how to contact the companies to make the payment.
I sent AmericanWebLoan a e mail that revolked my ACH and told them that I was going to pay them 70.00 monthly by mailing them a money order. They still debited my checking account again ( which I am now in the process of closing) and then sent me an e mail with a copy of my contract with them.
Please help with suggestions of who I should contact first and how to get these companies paid off.
