Jst got a call fromm 888-622-0222. They were very rude and told me if I did not pay my debt that Texas has a "stipulated judgment law" where I can have 100% of me paycheck taken 2 times a year.

Is this true?

If you punch in the number at the top of this page in the little search engine box, you will get some posts regarding this number. As for a stipulated judement law I don't know exactly what law they are speaking about but I can tell you that a stipulated judgement is this. . . . skipping the whole lawsuit & you plead "guilty",
they win. Try googling it to see if you can find anything about a law of this nature. Maybe someone on the board can has additional input? Please do keep us posted.
