Hello All My name is Kristy and I live in Iowa. My story is I have two PayDay Loans not on the internet check in to cash and check n go. I also have one on the internet from Cash Doctors and an installment loan from check n go also. I am losing soo much money and I am paying off on and then using part of that to pay the other one. The have to borrow again to gain some the money back. Its a never ending cycle and its making me literally sick. What if I just don't pay them? What can happen to me. Should I close my bank account? Stop payment on those checks? I need my bank account though my work is one where you HAVE to direct deposit. Any suggestions would be wonderful. I am glad I stubbled upon this website and realized there are many people out there with the same issues. Thanks in advance :)

I would also see if you could close your bank account and get a new number, and DO NOT give it to anyone. Trust me, this is the only way to get control back. Then as Leah says, definately contact your storefronts first to work out reasonable payments with them. This is the only way you can break free.
