I have 4 online payday loans, but after reading forms and finding my states laws(Ohio) for online payday loans, which states no interest rate should be larger than 28% and allowed repayment is no less than 31 days, and lenders must have a location in Ohio to lend to its residents. I called all my lenders which include;
Castle Payday, which actually is Rock Tribal LLC-500
Cash Taxi, which is based over seas-360
Booth Lending, which is based over seas-810
Tribal Credit, California-500
After talking to all them and finding none of them are located in Ohio what are the steps i should take to stop getting harassed by these individuals... Please help

All lenders are illegal in my state because they do not have a location based in ohio what do i do???

Since all of your lenders are illegal, so you owe nothing more than the principal. No interest, no fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. Send them a Cease and Desist letter in writing via certified mail with a return receipt request. After that if they are still trying to contact you, then file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
