How to stop internet payday loan from debiting my account

I filled out a form online for a payday loan and received a call from a representative stating he was with Anasazi Group LLC.He asked me to verify my work, bank and income information. I said I had some questions before that. I said that I wouldn't verify anything until I spoke with someone about how the loan would work. 3-4 days later I get a email saying my loan was approved and would be deposited into my account. I immediately emailed back and said I didn't want it and I don't agree to the terms. They put the money in my account anyway. Since January of 2013 they have debited my account each payday. I currently live in TN.

When they put the money in your account in Jan - did you have your bank return it as unauthorized?? How much was the initial deposit into your account and how much repaid to date?
They are a tribal lender - however TN is a tricky state - due to Online lenders can be licensed in any state. Lenders would need to follow the laws of the state they are licensed out of, not the laws of Tennessee, so there is no limit to the maximum loan or finance charge.

It would be better for you to close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. If required file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
