I have PDL's with the following companies and not sure after reading this forum that they are legal in VA. I looked up and cannot find that they have a license in VA but not sure and would really like to stop paying them any more than I have too. I have paid the principal and more on all but one where I owe $110 to achieve principal but have way over paid on the others.

AmericanWebLoan
GoldenValley
CashAdvanceNow

Any info would be very helpful. Thanks,

Bruce

All the 3 payday loan lenders are illegal in VA. You should get a refund on the loans wherein you've paid more than the principal amount. However, it will be tough to get a refund on the loans.

All the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. In this case it would be better for you to close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.

First step is to register with the forum so that you will see posts to your questions. On this site, click on payday loan help, then click on how to deal with unlicensed lenders, follow every step.
