I made a payday loan at a storefront in Memphis, Tn. I had to close my account as I wasn't able to pay the monies back. A collection agency Isd called threatening arrest. I made payment arrangements & paid $103.00 dec.2012, $103.00 Jan.2013, $103.00 Feb.2013 for March 2013 I called asking to lower payment this month because of medical bills. They would not accept $25.00 & threatened me with arrest again. I stopped my automatic draft for this month & closed my account. What are my circumstances now? Are they going to be able to criminally charge me?

Thanks
