I have 6 payday loans, I just filed Ch7 in Sept. and was desperate. I have stopped my direct deposit to the acct, but can't close the account.
What can I do with these?
Next day cash - $500 paid $225
National Group/Midland - $300 paid $90
Missouri Bank and Trust/VIP PDL Solu - $480
Speedy Loan - $650 - $815.34 pending now
Mt. Sion Inv. Loan Disburr - $300
JHS Marketing - $300
OMG, I regret this now, but when I had to take care of my kids it just did not seem important.
