7-8 months ago I was able to get rid of all my internet loans, but I have been ubable to make any progress with the storefronts and its time to end the maddness. I can foresee this coming payday there will be a problem and I am pretty sure I won't be able to pay everything.

I am in TN and this is with cash express. I see where they are listed on the CFSA website-but I am unsure if its the same company because no where in the store or on their website does it say anything about being a CFSA member.

I have 2 checks and an installment loan with them-all for over a year. My husband has 1 check and an installment loan. Its causing problems in our marriage because he does'nt understand why we can't get them paid off. He does'nt understand the vicious circle and everytime I ask him to go rewrite his check its a huge fight.

I guess I will go talk with them before the checks are due this week. Does anyone have any clue what will happen next? I am wondering if they go ahead and try to put them thru the bank and they are returned will that at least stop this crazy interest?

We have both had our pay and hours cut recently. We have nothing we can sell. we filed bk 2 years ago. No family members can help, mom & dad are both on the verge of filing bk because of this economy. I just really want to keep this off our credit reports is my main concern.

Becareful with funds being returned because you may get charged two NSF fees. Some banks keep track of your NFSs and in the further if you want to go to another bank open and account, you be prohibited. The system they use is "Chexsystem". At my bank when I tried to close the account because of PDL issues I was told that is not a good idea because I would not be able to open an account with them due to my Chexsystem entries. I kept the account open but I and their fraud department watch it very carefully.
