payday loan help

I have quite a few payday loans 3 internet loans usa cash services for 687.50 ameriloan for 390.00 one click cash for 390.00. I also have store front loans ez loan services for 700.00 check city for about 800.00 cash store for 280.00 check into cash for 305.00 I have apid down some on check city and cash store they were about 1200.00 for check city and 600.00 for cash store. i also have one for mountain loan centers. for 550.00 they want me to pay 100.00 every other week for 13 monthes to pay interest. no one else has contacted me when i contact the store they say the have went to collections. So what do i do. Wait for them? They only two who have contacted me is usa cash services and mountain loan. How do i deal with them usa cash services wants mor than i can pay a month. I live in Utah. i just need good advice.


dash, wow. Your Utah pdl law kind of stinks. No limits on a lot. Not specified on a lot. Geesh. Doesn't give us much to work with here. But we can try! Your 3 internet loans, I'm assuming you've added the "whole" amount posted instead of just the "principle" amount actually borrowed.

I can tell you that Ameriloan and One Click Cash will not even be licensed/legal. I'm not sure about USA Cash Service. That's one I haven't even heard of. And they are the ones that have contacted you regarding payments you can't afford? First thing you need to find out is if they are even licensed/legal. Do you have any contact information for them (phone/address) so that we can look them up? As for your storefronts:

Cash Store
Check Into Cash
Mountain Loan Centers

Are all of these in default now? Not one of them has contacted you regarding the checks except Mountain Loan Centers?

I have not heard from anyone letters or phone calls. Do I just wait? Cashnet usa is the one that wants it paid all up front. Sorry i called them usa cash services.
