I have 5 online payday loans and 2 storefront. Is there someone who will help me consolidate these?

LANGHORNE SOUNDS GOOD,BUT CHECK FIRST.THEY ARE A SETTLEMENT NOT CONSOLIDATION.SOME STOREFRONTS MIGHT NOT WAIT FOR A LUMP SUM SETTLEMENT.T&C IS ALSO A GOOD OPTION.

We can help you here. Many of us have done this on our own. Please list for us who you have loans with, how much you have borrowed, how much you have paid to each, which are store front , and which are internet and the state you live in. When we gey this info we can start to help you.

You're in Texas. Check to see if your storefronts are operating as CSO's. If they are, the Texas pdl state law would not even apply to them. They act under their own law, unfortunately. It should say on your paperwork if they are operating as a CSO. Your internets - I can tell you right now that Paychecktoday won't be licensed to lend to you and BIG will not be licensed to lend to you. You'll want to check to see if the others are licensed to lend.

Is this a cease and desist letter for storefronts you want?
