dealing with not paying storefront pdl's

Good evening everyone! I finally called the 2 remaining pdl's back today and told them I was going to see another attorney about filing bankruptcy. I still don't see how I can possibly afford this, but I will try! Surprisingly, they were much more pleasant than the one that called using her cell phone. This is the one that I really wanted to tell that I know my rights now, and what could she do in my case? But I didn't. How long is it going to take for ones like that to realize they will have MUCH better results by being pleasant??!! We're in a very tense situation to begin with, and their negativity will NOT magically make the money appear!!!

Exactly right! When they are down right rude and don't treat fellow human beings with the common courtesy we deserve, we get upset and go on the defense. When will they realize that when someone courteous talks to us how we should be, we are much more likely to do everything in our power to pay back what we can, when we can.
