Wisconsin - PDL help

Hello,
I have been reading this for quite some time and would like some advice.

I have 3 loans out currently.

380.00 with PLS (payday loan store)
685.00 with Check n Go
285 with National Quik Cash.

Please advise, all three are store front loans.
