hey there i been reading this site all over its just excellent i almost got involved wit ccca and brennan but now i am scared i need to get out of this i pay 1600 a month on about 4000 in loans its just to much anymore i been paying in 4 over 8 months now i cant do it...they are all store front payday places all wit licenses and all in las vegas nevada i need some really good advice that perhaps does not entail going through counseling places as you do not know who to trust with those so unless anyone has a credible place...any other help!! thanks so much--Jessi

slvrfiend, have you tried contacting the storefront payday loan stores and arrange a payback plan? That would be the best way to handle it if you chose not to get involved in a counseling program. Others have had luck in reaching settlements and payback arrangements on their own with storefront payday loan companies. Also, have you checked out your state's payday loan laws to see if they are required to let you have a repayment plan? Some states' pdl laws allow the consumer to work out a repayment plan.
