I have alot of paydays to deal with

5 -internet PDL
cashUSA.net ($375) Been w/ them 2 times
Unitedcashloans.com ($476) 8th renewal
Ameriloan.com ($425) 10th renewal
Big-int.com ($275) 2nd renewal
Prldirect.com ($500) Biggest one I payoff every two weeks then borrow another--vicious cycle

Three local storefronts
Payday Advance ($170)
BnT Loans ($270)
Cash Stop ($120)

I reside in Missouri

Ok, here's the rundown on the Internet Lenders you listed:

CashUSA.net - does not appear on the list of licensed lenders for MO.

Unitedcashloans.com - does not appear on the list of licensed lenders for MO.

Ameriloan.com - does not appear on the list of licensed lenders for MO.

Big-Int.com - does not appear on the list of licensed lenders for MO.

PRLDirect.com - does not appear on the list of licensed lenders for MO.

This does not mean these companies are not licensed under another D/B/A name (Doing Business As name). Please check any paperwork, or the company's website for each loan to be sure there aren't other company names involved. If you find another company, name, please come back and report it to us so we can try to help you figure out who the company is actually associated with - the internet lenders are famous for using several D/B/A's.

With these internet lenders, we'll need to know exactly how much you borrowed AND how much you've paid back - you mentioned the number of times you've renewed with these companies - how much are they charging you for renewing the loans? If you can give us a dollar amount of what you've paid to each one already vs. what you originally borrowed, that will help.

What I can tell you right off the bat is that a couple of those internet lenders have already violated MO state law by allowing you to roll the loan over more than 6 times (see the law above regarding rollovers).

On to the storefronts...

Payday Advance - is licensed to do business in MO.

BnT - is licensed to do business in MO.

Cash Stop - is licensed to do business in MO.

With the storefronts, your best bet is to get them paid off as quickly as possible. They are operating legally under your state law. However, your state law isn't very consumer-friendly, unfortunately. It doesn't provide for any repayment plan - meaning the lender doesn't have to offer you one. Most of them will still offer you a payment plan if you ask for it, but they aren't bound by law to do so.

If you'll take a few moments and come back to post the info I requested about your internet loans, we'll be able to offer more advice on that situation.

UCL's are a pain in the butt!!! I know you have to watch out for them because if you default, they will sneak a "paper check" through saying you authorized for them to do this. They did that to us and we were not able to do anything about it, so just watch them. I am not able to access where I have the email address for dms marketing, but I try using the search box at the top and put them in and you should come up with something.
