You can read the details of the lawsuit here: http://ftc.gov/opa/2012/04/amg.shtm

Scott Tucker is named as an individual defendant along with his brother Blaine and their companies: AMG Services, Red Cedar Services (500FastCash), SFS Services (OneClickCash) and TFS (AmeriLoan, United Cash Loans, UsFastCash).

Also named were his Scott Tucker's Racecar (!) team Level 5 Motorsports!

This seems like GREAT news!

The scumbags have gotten off the hook at the state level with their 'rent-a-tribe' practices, but it looks like the FTC is about to put a big hurting on Scott Tucker and his empire.

I hope they take this guy down HARD.

From what I gather from the court documents, Mr. Tucker makes about $80 million a month from the PDL industry, and only gives the tribes (who supposedly own these businesses) a small portion of that money ($20,000 a month).

This man, Scott Tucker, makes me SICK!

Houses in Aspen, Las Vegas...a private jet...a race car team...Ferraris..plastic surgery. all on the backs of working people!!!!

I contacted Microsoft's Social Responsibility officer with regards to their sponshorship of Scott Tucker's racing team. I hope Microsoft realizes who they are putting their name on.

I also emailed social responsibility departments at Alpina Watches and Honda (his other two big sponsors).

Maybe we can squeeze this guy a little like he has squeezed us all

I received a reply from Alpina Watches in regards to my letter I sent them with regards to Level 5 Motorsports

Thank you you for your email. We were not aware of this charge and frankly are shocked. Our sponsoring of Level 5 dates from a year ago and is for three years. When we signed the contract, Microsoft was the main sponsor of Level 5, so that gave us full confidence on this project.

We will investigate this matter further. Before we know more we would like to do what is also mentioned in the comments: "Let's not rush to judgment." This payday loan consumer abuse case brought against Scott Tucker and his business practices will be played out in the courts.

If indeed he is convicted for these charges, we will certainly sever all ties.

Thank you and best regards
