What state do you live in? How much did you borrow from your lender? Is your lenders licensed in your state? Give us more detail.

CNU will work with you. Why are you revoking? Just make alternate payment arrangement with them.

I live in Texas and can't figure out if they are legal here. I borrowed $1000.00 which I have paid. They did put me on a payment plan of 5 payments of $250.00 which I have made 2 of those payments so I have paid $1500.00 total. I know it sounds if I want to have my cake and eat it too but my wife lost her job and we are unable to make the next 3 payments on my next pay dates.

CNU is a licensed CSO in the state of TX. They are legal. If you're already on a repayment plan, I suggest you stick to it. Only 3 more payments. Can you afford them?

It will be tough but your right, if I can get these last 3 payments behind me I will be finished forever with PDL's. Lesson learned.
