Well, technically they shouldn't be bothering you at all, based on Chapter 7 laws BUT, these lenders aren't even located in the U.S. so they couldn't care less what our laws are. You could probably file a complaint with the FTC and BBB, I doubt it will actually stop them from calling you though. They are illegal lenders and think they are above the law, and due to the fact that they aren't located in the U.S. there isn't much you can legally do to them. I would change my phone number if I were you, and be done with it. You can't reason with companies like that.

I agree with Shazzers, unfortunately there's not a lot that can be done, other than not answering the phone if you have caller ID or, if you don't, hanging up when you hear who it is. Do they just call from one phone number that you're aware of? Don't know if your phone company could put a block on that number if you don't want to get YOUR number changed, but might be worth asking about.
