How common are lawsuits?

I was wondering how common of a practice it is for licensed online payday lenders to sue an individual on an unpaid or defaulted payday loan? Has anyone actually been sued over it? Thanks!

Please register with the forums - it will be easier to find your answers to questions. Who are your lenders? What state are you in? Need to first determine if your lenders are even legal! There aren't that many legal online payday lenders, most are off shore or tribal and not licensed to lend in most states..

yep

the only real licensed lenders are CSO'S like paydayone,cashnetusa,and check-n-go.those especially cashnet will work with you so please list your lenders as helpinaz requested.
