I have never missed a payment in 8 years and now I'm considering:
Contacting the companies directly...
Try to make more money and pay down...
File a Chapter 13 bankruptcy...
Here's why: I'm overextended...
This Friday - the debits:
Mobiloans 95 Tribal
Cash Net Usa 300
Ameriloan 140 Tribal
Minute 30 Tribal
Check n Go 543 Installment (2600)
PayDay Max 467 (Canada ?) an extension
Total - $1875
then in person:
ACM (PayDay1) 300
Advance America 300
Speedy Cash 300
Money Mart 300
CCS 300
Later in month - more installment loans
Quick click 220
Cash call 300
Speedy cash 220 (auto title loan)
Loan Mart 220
Right now it looks like I will default after the debits go through
I can't get a loan because I have too many out and teletrack knows... I can't get a bank loan to buy time because my credit report reflects too many open accounts and maybe inquiries...
I need money to live - food rent etc and only take home 2100 a month SSDI....
These people have been very kind to me... Thinking about changing my account but first approaching each one (or the big ones and try to work something out..... That's a lot of collection departments and maybe I can raise the money in a month but it's a tall order... My anxiety brought me to this site........ Thanks for any comments....... I have read a lot and wanted your input before I act.....
If I contact collection, will they cash my check before the 2nd and 3rd.... I wonder if they will work with me.... Bankruptcy say 60-90 days not ok to discharge but I may get a 5 year plan so I can breathe again.... I suffered an injury and have recovered... The plan was this would all be short term......

Another 300 loan I forgot to mention... They told me they would just put the account on hold - things like a broken car etc happen... They were very kind and understandable....... How can I get the others to work with me even if it's only temporary.. Bankruptcy is a last resort and my record with these loan companies is perfect............
