I just came across this forum, and I am soo glad i did. I hope someone can help me and lead me towards the right direction. Have taken out three plain green loans in the last three years. One for $800, $1000 and now $1200. My first loan I paid back a total of $1,376.11, second loan pd back total of $1,896.88 and third loan still paying and so far pd $2,015.18. My question is since I've paid the principal amount I've borrowed can I send them the ACH revocation letter? And if so, could I request for refunds on this current loan and the previous two I paid off? Has anyone been successful in receiving a refund? I can't believe I stumble upon this website. I thought I'd be suffering for another five months paying them off! Any help is greatly appreciated. And btw, I'm in CA not sure if that matters. Thank you.
