Has anyone actually been taken to court by these guys? Almost 2 weeks ago they told me that they were going to be serving me with a summons but I still have received nothing and I keep calling them because they also told me that if they can't find me to serve me, I will be considered failure to comply? and they say that my file has been moved to the summons department and they are putting together a case against me to file lawsuit in my county. I'm sure this is part of their scam but just checking if anyone has ever ACTUALLY received anything from these people?

What State do you live in and who is the payday lender? Processor servers are not going to call you ahead of time to tell you that they are going to serve a summons on you. They are trying to scare you. If a payday lender is not licensed to do business in your State, then you are only morally obligated to pay back the principal (no interest/fees). Please let us know what State you live in and who the payday lender is, along with how much you borrowed and how much you have paid back.

Deliverygrl?? Why would you take out all these loans?? I know they are illegal but my God......I'd be afraid to attempt it in the first place. Just asking, not harrassing....If you knew you had to pay them back on your next payday, why would you do it knowing you couldn't pay them back? I know we are against these lenders but we DID agree for most of them to take the loan out and pay it back, correct?

btw asking questions with your slant is humanoidlike.btw since most of these places are illegal they get,and are entitled to the exact amount borrowed.since alot of members(present company included)paid way more than what was borrowed, and they are not a legal business your question is insulting.we always advise if a person hasn't paid the principle on a loan to do so,or make every reasonable attempt to do so.if all you are going to do is keep asking the same slanted question then please don't waste this forum's time.
