Sure Advance
Date: Wed, 02/16/2011 - 15:57
On November 8th, 2010 - I requested a loan amount of 400.00. I have made repayments to the tune of 811.40 - to date and Sure Advance is claiming that I still owe another 320.00 outstanding.
I have sent emails and have tried to contact a supervisor there at Sure Advance, but to no avail. Following are the details of the repayments that I have made:
11/19/2010 106.00
12/03/2010 106.00
12/17/2010 106.00
12/31/2010 106.00
01/04/2010 106.00
01/28/2010 106.00
01/28/2010 40.00
02/11/2010 95.40
02/11/2010 40.00
I would be interested in knowing what following course of action should be taken in order to call this date paid and maybe (hopefully) get a refund of some sort. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Tanked in Denver
